Each wine highlights the unique character of its origin: Riesling from the famed Slate Creek vineyard in Watervale, Shiraz from the distinguished Schobers vineyard in Leasingham, and the classic Clare Valley blend of Cabernet–Malbec, also sourced from Schobers.
