The Pastor is one of Kirrihill’s flagship wines, a culmination of our very best in viticulture and winemaking. The fruit for this 2018 Cabernet Malbec was picked and fermented separately in small batches, then cold soaked for several days. It’s a classic Clare Valley blend, with black olive, savoury dark fruits and cacao notes. Full-bodied, complex and refined, with firm, integrated tannins and excellent length of flavour.
