'The Settler' Watervale Riesling 2016, Clare Valley - Museum Release

Our winemakers recommend trying these museum wines from oldest to youngest to capture the essence of each vintage.

Vibrant pale-medium gold in colour, the 2016 Settler Riesling displays a bouquet of toasty, baked apple pie with attractive waxy blossom honey notes.

The palate is soft, full, rich and round with gentle acidity and good length and finishes crisp. It is a lovely wine leading with bottle age characters and some primary fruit character still evident.
