This is the seventh release of our flagship Riesling, with all six vintages based around the Slate Creek vineyard at Watervale. Picked from two of our finest vineyards in Watervale, "The Settler" Riesling shows aromas of lemon zest, honeysuckle and apricots. The textural palate is underpinned by vibrant acidity and minerality; a combination that allows this Riesling to be cellared for further complexity.
