Leaning toward an Italian Pinot Grigio style rather than a richer Alsatian expression, it's fresh, linear and vibrant, with beautiful Clare Valley structure driven by crisp acidity and subtle fruit tannin. On the palate, pear and citrus notes make it an effortlessly drinkable white that pairs perfectly with crustacea and light seafood.
