Kirrihill Wines Trophy Celebration Competition - Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
  - The competition is open to Australian residents only.
  - Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  - Employees of Kirrihill Wines, their families, and any agencies or companies associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition Period:
  - The competition commences at 10:00 AM (AEST) Thursday, September 5th, 2024 and concludes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Sunday, October 6th, 2024.
3. How to Enter:
  - To enter the competition, participants must:
   1. Follow Kirrihill Wines on Facebook or Instagram.
   2. Subscribe to the Kirrihill Wines mailing list via the link provided - https://www.kirrihill.com.au/signup- or via the referral page if you have been referred by a friend -https://www.kirrihill.com.au/trophy-competition.
  - Multiple entries are not permitted; one entry per person.
4. Prize:
  - The prize consists of mixed selection of 24 bottles from the Kirrihill range. Dozen one - consists of three bottles of each of the four trophy winning wines. Dozen two consists of a mixed selection of the full Kirrihill range.
  - The total retail value of the prize is approximately AUD 895.00.
5. Winner Selection:
  - The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
  - The draw will take place on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024.
  - The winner will be contacted directly via the email and mobile number provided when subscribing to the mailing list.
6. Claiming the Prize:
  - The winner must claim their prize by return call or email within 48 hours of the announcement. If the prize is not claimed within this time, a new winner will be drawn.
  - The winner will be announced on Kirrihill Wines' social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) once claimed.
  - The prize will be delivered to an address within Australia only.
7. General:
  - By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  - Kirrihill Wines reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
  - The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
8. Privacy:
  - Any personal information collected as part of this competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with Kirrihill Wines' privacy policy.
9. Referrals:
  - Participants can earn additional entries by referring others to the competition. To receive an additional entry, the referred person must enter the competition and include the referrer's name in the designated "Referral Name" field via the referral page here -https://www.kirrihill.com.au/trophy-competition
  - Only valid referrals where the referred entrant fully subscribes to the Kirrihill Wines mailing list will be counted as additional entries for the referrer.
  - There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make. Each successful referral grants the referrer one additional entry.
  - The referrer and the referred entrant must both comply with all other eligibility criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions.
  - Kirrihill Wines reserves the right to disqualify any entries or referrals that are suspected of being fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise not in the spirit of fair competition.
